A great album for a cause is coming out on your favourite record bars as the Star Records partners with the Philippine National Red Cross to gather some of our OPM singers for the album 'I Move, I Give, I Love.'
The album was conceptualized for the PNRC's 150th anniversary. The album 'I Move, I Give, I Love' was taken from the organization's key principle.
Kapamilya singers Toni Gonzaga, Erik Santos, Yeng Constantino, Charice and Aiza Seguerra's songs were included in the tracks such as 'Bagong Umaga' - the official theme song of Red Cross (Toni, Erik and Yeng), 'Hawak Kamay' (Yeng), 'I Believe I Can Fly' (Erik), 'Power of the Dream' (Toni), and 'Kasama' (Aiza), 'It Can Only Get Better' (Charice). Other tracks include 'A Hero Has Arrived' (Nyoy Volante), 'Free' (Roselle Nava with the Bukas Palad), 'Today' (Raki Vega), 'Tara-Tena' (Kyla and Kaya with V3), 'Kaleidoscope World' (Akafellas), 'Today I'll See the Sun' (Karel Marquez) and 'What A Wonderful World' (Charlie Green). Two bonus tracks in the album include 'Life Power' and 'Always First, Always Ready, Always There'.
The album inspires the listeners to be volunteers in helping others. The artists involved in this project offered their service for gratis.
Yesterday, June 24, the album was officially launched along with PNRC's 'Our World, Your Move' campaign which is to alert the public about the A (H1N1) virus.
